Booking: Some useful information.
The hire charge includes almost everything except events that require a Registrar (a fee is charged to cover the cost of our license) and for stage lights, a £10 charge is made.
We are allocated 15 pay-bars each year, these are allocated on a “first come first served basis”, if you aren't allocated one you can’t have a pay bar no matter what your caterer or mobile bar owner says.
Candles are permitted if they are in a stable flame and heatproof container.
BBQ’s and hog roasts are ok as long as they are done in the open air on the hard standing near the entrance.
Fireworks are not permitted because of the close proximity of livestock.
